Training.
The team get together on a weekly basis to train.
During the summer months there are usually more sessions that last longer as the weather is more appropriate.
To aid with their training the team have had a Trapeze, Tightrope, and two tin horses made for them by Geoff Bolam and a Balance Beam made by Graham Cuthbert.

The Vaulting Barrell (pictured above)
We currently have 3 different sized tin barrels (tin horses). The barrells are used as an important training aid and saves the horse from any unecessary discomfort. All new moves are first performed on one of the tin horses before moving on to the real thing.
Balance and Flexibility are important elements of vaulting and the team occasionally have gymnastics sessions added to their training.
